Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
 

  • The service requested is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances from our end.

  • If there is a documented discrepancy between the service requested and the service delivered.

  • If the service is canceled by the customer within the cancellation period mentioned in our Terms of Service.


    Refund Procedure:

  • Refund requests must include the customer's name, contact information, order number, and details explaining the reason for the refund request.

Non-Refundable Services:
 

  • Once a service has been delivered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. We consider the service delivered upon completion of the agreed-upon task or delivery of the product.

  • Services that have been partially consumed or utilized are not eligible for refunds

    Exceptions:

  • In exceptional cases, such as proven cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions, we may consider issuing refunds at our discretion.

  • Any refunds issued will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
